01Summary
| RISK | WHY IT MATTERS |
|---|---|
| Loss of entries | Losing entries are not returned. Past wins do not predict future results. |
| Smart contract | Bugs or exploits in the code could cause losses or unexpected behaviour. |
| Oracle and price | Settlement depends on on-chain price sources that can lag, fail or be manipulated. |
| Network and wallet | Congestion, failed transactions, phishing or lost keys can cost you funds. |
| Stablecoin | USDT is issued by a third party and may lose its peg to the US dollar. |
| Regulatory | Laws on prediction games and digital assets may restrict your ability to play. |
02Not financial advice
Nothing on TurboLoop is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. This includes charts, statistics, payout estimates, leaderboards, social posts and support messages. None of it recommends entering any round or buying any asset. You alone decide whether to play, and you should get independent professional advice if you are unsure.
03Risk of loss
- Short-term crypto price moves are extremely volatile and essentially unpredictable. A round can be decided by a tiny price move in its final second.
- Payout multipliers depend on how other players enter and only become final when the round locks. An estimate shown while you enter can fall before lock.
- The protocol fee is taken from every settled pool, so the expected return across all players is below what they put in.
- Leaderboard rankings, streaks and past results do not predict future performance.
04Smart contract risk
Rounds, balances and payouts are handled entirely by smart contracts on BNB Chain. The contracts have been carefully reviewed and tested, but no review can rule out every bug. A vulnerability, a flaw in a dependency, or a problem with the blockchain itself could cause you to lose some or all of your deposited funds, and confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.
Privileged roles, secured by a multisig, can pause new entries, cancel rounds and update parameters within fixed limits. None of these roles can take player balances. The limits are described in the Terms. Compromised admin keys could still disrupt the game, for example by pausing it or cancelling rounds.
05Oracle and price data risk
Each round is settled from an on-chain oracle price at lock and at close. That price may differ from prices on centralised exchanges and from the chart in the arena, which uses exchange feeds for display only.
- BTC/USDT settles on the on-chain BTC price. On testnet that price is pushed from Binance about once a minute, so it can lag a fast move. On mainnet it uses the Chainlink BTC/USD feed.
- TURBO/USDT reads the spot reserves of a PancakeSwap V2 pair. In thin liquidity, large trades can move this price sharply, and a spot price can be deliberately manipulated around lock or close.
- If the oracle returns an invalid or stale price, the round is cancelled and refunded. This protects your entry, but it means the round produces no winner.
06Timing and keeper risk
Rounds are opened, locked and settled by an automated keeper. Outages, network congestion or high gas prices can delay its transactions. If the keeper misses a round's grace period, the round is cancelled and refunded instead of settled. This may happen when you expected a win. Your own entries can also fail to confirm before lock if the network is busy.
07Wallet, network and security risk
- You are the only custodian of your wallet. Lost seed phrases or compromised devices cannot be recovered by TurboLoop.
- Phishing sites, fake tokens and impersonators may copy TurboLoop. Always check the domain and the contract addresses.
- Every transaction costs BNB gas, including transactions that fail. Gas costs can exceed small winnings.
- Browser extensions, wallet software and RPC providers can have bugs or outages outside our control.
08Stablecoin risk
All entries, balances and payouts are in USDT, a stablecoin issued by a third party. USDT may lose its peg, be frozen by its issuer, or face regulatory action. TurboLoop does not control USDT and cannot make up for any loss in its value.
09Accuracy of displayed information
We try to show accurate, timely data, but anything off-chain can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. This includes charts, pool totals, activity feeds, profiles and leaderboards. The smart contract is always the source of truth.
When live data is unavailable, parts of the site, such as the landing page, may show a clearly labelled simulated preview built from real prices. Simulated rounds, pools and payouts are illustrations only. They are not real rounds and cannot be entered.
10No guarantee of availability
The interface, API and keeper may be unavailable because of maintenance, attacks or third-party outages, or because access is restricted in your region. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Your balance can still be withdrawn directly from the smart contract with any compatible wallet or blockchain explorer.
11Regulatory and tax
Prediction games and digital assets are regulated differently around the world, and the rules are changing. Some jurisdictions prohibit or restrict them. New laws could limit your access or affect the Service. You are responsible for complying with local law and for reporting and paying any taxes on your winnings.
12Play responsibly
- Decide on a budget before you play, and stick to it.
- Never chase losses or play with borrowed money, savings or money meant for essentials.
- Take regular breaks. Short rounds make it easy to lose track of time and spending.
- Stop if playing stops being fun, or if it affects your finances, work, sleep or relationships.
